Agenda was approved.
Previous meeting's minutes were read.
Pool party: Tony said that the Sandia Pool's calendar doesn't go beyond the end of the year, but he is confident that they will host the pool party again.
Guild Cinema - Tony has spoken to the management of the Guild cinema, and they have expressed interest in sponsoring the event. It was decided we'd show Not Another Gay Movie II.
Sponsorships - Outback Steakhouse will provide free food for nonprofits. Tony has been talking to Tractor Brewery about sponsorship. Tony brought up that we need to give our sponsors some bang for the buck. Jay suggested setting up an event to sell beer with a picnic licnse (provided by Tractor Brewery) where the proceeds are split. It was agreed that we would have to talk to Sidewinders first. Tony will look into having a viewpoint party.
Jay discussed doing a picnic and hayrides for the NMGRA activity, and it was discussed having the Outback Steakhouse cater the event. Maybe at the petroglyphs. Moriarity was mentioned, with the cowboy museum. Keith and Kelly's place was mentioned as a possible spot. Jay is going to look into the lava tube hiking trails. It was discussed having a rodeo playdate - the insurance was discussed as an issue.
It was discussed moving the train ride to Friday. NMGRA to Sunday, Shopping trip to Saturday, unofficial Sandia Crest hike.
